The 2015 Ajax Purina Walk for Dog Guides was held on May 24, 2015 this year. It was a great event and we raised more than $5,500 (Update: it is now over $7,000 and still rising), which will all be going to the Lions Foundation of Canada to help train Dog Guides for Canadians with visual, hearing, medical or physical disabilities.
We were delighted to have a visit by an Autism assistance dog guide at this years event. It was truly amazing to see this dog in action. You could really see the impact of this dog guide made in this child's life.
We are looking forward to another great event next year so mark you calendars for May 29, 2016. Tell your friends and family about the event so that we can get more people involved in this great program.
Many thanks to our sponsors, both local and national
